I’m posting a Beginners Abseil Skills Trip.
This trip is designed to teach the fundamentals required to confidently and safely abseil down vertical terrain.
We will cover important aspects of setting up, movement, risk issues, communication and belaying. It will be fun and plenty of opportunities to practise.
These skills are mandatory to join more advanced abseiling, canyoning trips.
The club will provide required equipment.
Location: Clovelly Cliffs, meet corner of warner avenue and ocean street
(Nice ocean front location)
Transport : Bus
Time : 9:30am -1:30pm
Bring:
-comfortable clothes, shoes, hat, sunscreen, water, any food, $5 petrol for trip leader, positive vibes
