Hi all,

REQUIRMENTS TO ATTEND TRIP:
– Able to abseil or rappel independently
– Able to swim at least 25 meters unassisted with backpack
– Respond to emails quickly
– Good cardiovascular fitness
– Supply own emergency blanket

Although this is a beginner canyon you must meet the above requirements.

Note there is a 30 meter abseil down a waterfall and a few short jumps. You need to be comfortable with this to attend.

If we have not met please provide a description of your experience in the ‘what gear I need’ section. Failure to do so and you will not be accepted to the trip.
