I will be giving a short introductory course on climbing techniques at the Ledge this Monday. The course will cover the following topics: handholds, footwork, body positioning, and techniques. The course will loosely follow the work of Neil Gresham’s Masterclass. (https://youtu.be/nkfUqdr-0zk?list=PLBCRwO0FN0zMTqSfFW9SMbK2tncTrI25r)
As a prerequisite, you must have (i) been to The Ledge at least twice (ii) watched Neil Gresham’s Masterclass Videos 1-12, and (iii) own or rent climbing shoes*.
*Climbing shoes are very important and I highly recommend getting a pair. They can also be rented from the Ledge on the night.
