The Ledge is opening Monday 15th June, so loads of FUN, but in these Covid times a few things, called protocols that we all have to do to make it work safely and even if only to obey all the government, AIS rules, for just in case.
A VERY WARM WELCOME TO NEW 2020 MEMBERS!
PLEASE JOIN IN. OLD HANDS WILL BE THERE TO GUIDE YOU, JUST ASK!
Firstly, Session 1 is 6:00pm to 730pm
You must book and be accepted! Please get in quickly.
If there is an overflow, you can register for both and you may be allocated only ONE session. Please indicate your preference if you register for BOTH sessions.
Secondly
If you haver any Covid symptoms, please do NOT register and if you have please cancel your registration to allow someone else to attend.
You will not be admitted to the Ledge if you have any symptoms.
Thirdly
You must practice all the usual Covid precautions, including the hygiene requirements , especially sanitiser before and after. AIS requirements include “in & out”, no hanging around.
Fourthly
NO loose chalk, only LIQUID chalk, which will be available at the Ledge for use and/or you individual purchase.
If we are all good and there are few, if any community transmissions of Covid, then as Pete says, then the Ledge may be able to move on to more relaxed rules.
