Hi everyone,
Ronny, Gus and I will be heading to Medlow Bath on Sunday for some intermediate climbing (small group).
This trip is intended for people who have already climbed outdoors (i.e. you know how to tie to the rope and belay safely) or those who regularly climb indoors.
There will be lead climbers in the group so you don’t need to know how to lead climb (top-ropes can be set).
Getting there
� Car pooling: please indicate when signing up if you can drive and how many seats you have available.
� Train: If there are not enough car spots
Gear you must provide yourself:
� Climbing Shoes
� Cold Weather Gear: Jacket (Gloves / Beanie if you are generally cold)
� Waterproof Jacket / Raincoat
� Food: Lunch & Snacks
� Sunscreen
� Hat
� Water (1-2L)
� Backpack
Weather in the mountains can be pretty cold: be prepared for it.
