Gday peeps,
At the end of the month im planning a little expedition out to the blue mountains. The plan is to do some hiking out past gooches crater, set up camp in a big ‘cave’ and explore the area. Maybe develop some climbing, maybe see how much fun we can have on this little 2 abseil ‘micro canyon’. There is a rock pool to swim in so bring your swimmers.
This will be an exploratory trip so a relatively high level of outdoorsmanship is required. We will be navigating off path in potentially risky areas for 2 days and you will need to be self sufficient with food water and shelter.
Access to the trail head is only 4wd drive accessible unless you are an utter madman. Participants with big boy cars will be preferenced.
Please include your level of outdoor experience. A later email will be sent out detailing more exact plans and a required gear list.
