Hi guys,
I’m hoping to go to a Swampcare Event in Katoomba on Sunday 04/12 for Megafest. Here is the Eventbrite link:

It will be an early finish of 1pm, allowing us to get back to Sydney with plenty of time left in the day. The event doesn’t start until 11am so we have time to do something else in the morning. Let me know in the sign-up info box if there are any requests. The default/lazy options are either checking out the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre or exploring Katoomba.
The event involves an outdoor educationational experience followed by a waterbug session as part of a citizan science project. The cost is $15 which goes towards funding Garguree Swampcare.
Also let me know if you know any good lunch spots as it would be great to all have lunch together before heading back to Sydney. 🙂
If you plan to camp as part of Megafest, please register in the “Megafest Overnight Organisation” event. We will be leaving together from the campsite in morning, but let me know if you need a pick-up from a train station.
