snorkeling
What better way to start your day other than with an early morning snorkel at Shelly Beach. Shelly beach is part of Cabbage Tree marine protected reserve where you can find a variety of fish and some stingrays. As the sun is coming up, we will venture into the water at 7am and see what critters are either waking up or going to sleep.
Prerequisites:
– Be comfortable swimming in the ocean
– able to swim 50m

Gear required:
– Mask & snorkel (club can provide)
– Fins (club can provide)
– Wetsuit (club can provide)
– Towel
– Warm clothing to change into afterwards
– Water
