hiking
There’s an urban Aussie myth that surrounds Engadine Maccas, the year 1997, a rugby game and a former Prime Minister. Curious? Well why don’t you come on a wonderful walk in the Royal National Park on Sunday the 19th and I’ll tell you.
The Engadine to Heathcote Loop is a lovely hike that should take us a few hours with time to stop for lunch! We’ll have an early morning start around 9am from Engadine station and since it’s a loop track we’ll end there too. This is a relaxed trail so this is a great hike if you’re a gentle explorer and keen to get into more hiking in future.
Please provide some info about yourself to get a better picture of who you are and what you’ve done. Fun question to put in your application; What’s your favourite myth or legend?
What to bring:
Sun protection (Hat and Sunscreen at a minimum)
Rain protection (you never know these days)
2-3 litres of water
Lunch and snacks
Closed and comfortable walking shoes
Mozzie spray
Getting there:
Easily accessed via public transport, you can take the train directly to Engadine station and the hike is close by. There are many places to park near the station if you’re driving. We’ll send out more logistics beforehand.
Looking forward to it!
