Tuesday nights at North Sydney Scouts are back!
Join us on the second Tuesday of each month at 1st North Sydney Scouts to get some hands-on practice with ropes and techniques. We will have trip leaders attending who can help you learn new techniques, or just to refine the techniques that you already know. The scout hall has setups to allow for practicing abseiling, prussiking, knot-tying, anchor building and pretty much anything in between. If you’re interested in coming along and keep your skills fresh in your mind, sign-up below. If you have any particular skills you want to learn, please note it in the registration details.
Subject to instructor availability, we can also provide workshop sessions to help you get endorsed for various abseiling skills levels, to get some or all of your experience recognised without having to do a full training session. This will depend on who is available, so please do note down if you want anything covered as we can use that to make sure we can get people in to help out.
