Hello Adventurers!
So you’ve learnt to abseil and now its time to put those skills to use. Jugglers canyon is great way to progress your new skills and pave the way for more complex and technical canyon trips.
You’ll also take in some spectacular scenery in these beautiful canyons. We will be building up the abseils from smaller to larger one’s so you’ll build up your confidence. You can expect an energetic and fun filled day, we’ll give you every opportunity to stay dry but the final outcome will depend on you *wink-wink*
We’ll finish the canyon and then do the Grand Canyon loop walk and take in the breathtaking sights.
This will be a day long trip ending back in Sydney late in the afternoon. We will organise pikc ups and drops offs back at UTS and priority may be given to those that can drive themselves and others.
We will organise transport, passengers will pay $20 each for the round trip to and from UTS Building 10.

Registrations will close if the trip fills up. Information regarding gear, travel arrangements and so on will be sent to successful applicants by Thursday lunch time at the latest, so keep an eye on emails.
Pre-requisite:
– Must be available to leave UTS Building 10 for the Blue Mountains by 6:00am on Saturday the 21st of September . (we will discuss transport options once places are confirmed).
– Must have done Abseil skills 1 at least or have prior abseiling experience (please give me details in the comments section of what abseiling you’ve done or when you attended Abseil Skills 1).
– Able to swim at least 15 meters unassisted
– Good fitness
– Comfortable with scrambling around boulders, logs and other obstacles
– Comfortable with jumping into a pool of water from a height (may not be necessary)
– Must respond to all emails promptly
