Heya,
We will be running a day hike on Sunday the 29th of September. It’s A relatively easy hike, so if you’re new to hiking but have a moderate level of fitness (it’s a 11km+ return), then this is for you! Of course, more experienced hikers are also welcome.

WHEN AND WHERE?
– Sunday the 29th of September
– We’ll meet at 10am at Turramurra Station then drive everyone to the trail head on West Head Road
– We’ll probably finish the walk before 3:00 pm
– We’ll have lunch somewhere along the trail
– The walk is in the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
– Closed, supportive shoes
– Sun protection
– Hiking pants to prevent scratches
A day pack containing:
– Water (1 litre minimum)
– Food
GETTING THERE
– Train to Turramurra Station, Platform 16 from Central then we car shuttle to the trail head
– Get a lift from us, Pickup available from Hornsby/Wahroonga area
– Drive yourself, Meet us at Turramurra station first
