Hey all
Looks like Birger got in just before I have for posting this trip, not to worry tho as Whungee Wheengee is one of my favorite canyons so now even more people will get to experience it!
Whungee Wheengee is a awesome canyon with plenty of abseils, jumps and duck unders all through sustained and beautiful constrictions. Afterwards we will be camping just nearby at the Cathedral of Ferns campground. If this sounds like a good time to you then come along for a great weekend.
Requirements:
– You must have completed Abseiling Skills 1
– Must have some canyoning experience, please tell me of your experience in the sign up information section below
– Good level of fitness
– Can swim at least 50m
Dont worry if you dont have all the gear as this can be provided,
