Hey Everyone
Have you just completed AS1 and are keen to start canyoning? Join us at Jugglers Canyon and potentially Grand Canyon if we have enough time. It might seem daunting, but it would be a relatively easy day with plenty of abseils and a bit of swimming.
Experience Required:
Must have completed Abseil Skills 1 (AS1) – priority will be for those who have just completed AS1
List any previous canyon trips you have done (none is fine)
Must have a decent level of fitness – steep stairs out with all your gear
We will aim to meet at the start of the trail at 8am and be back at the cars at 5pm.
In your registration tell me what snack you will bring to share so I know you have read everything. Please keep an eye on your emails and the spam folder, I’ll send more details once you are accepted.
Gear Required:
The club can provide all safety equipment you used at AS1 and a wetsuit if you need.
Rain Jacket to block wind (some parts will be cold)
Hair Ties for long hair if required
Closed, Grippy Shoes
Lunch and Snacks
2L of Water
