Howdy yall,
We’re excited to invite you to Minifest 2025, a weekend of adventure, campfire dinners, crisp winter mornings, and the kind of good company that makes everything better. Whether you’re looking to take on a canyon, hike a ridge, or just enjoy some quiet time in nature, this weekend’s for yall.
Where: Bengalee Scout Campground
When: Friday 27th – Sunday 29th June, 2025
Itinerary Overview
Friday – Optional Early Arrival
Come up anytime Friday to settle in, set up your tent, and enjoy a chilled-out evening in the bush. There are no planned activities—just campfire chats, card games, or a quiet night under the stars.
Saturday – Trip Day + Club Dinner
Saturday morning, yall head out bright and early for your chosen day trip. When you return, we’ll gather for a big, delicious club-cooked dinner, followed by an evening of fun around the fire.
Sunday – Final Adventures + Departure
Everyone will pack up their gear before heading out on their Sunday trip. After your adventure, you’ll travel straight home—no one returns to the campground.
Important Note on Signing Up
This sign-up form is just for the main camping event—to let us know yall be at Bengalee for the weekend.
You must also sign up for the Saturday and Sunday trips separately.
These will be posted closer to the event, each with its own info and sign-up form. Keep an eye out!
