Sydney has some of the most beautiful beaches and sea-cliffs in the world, all within easy access of public transport.
I’ve been cooped up on long flights and drives for the past few weeks and need to do some zoomies. Susan and I are doing a cruisy trail run –Spit to Manly.

It’s 10km and super easy. All abilities welcome. We won’t be jogging all of it, and we’ll start and finish same place. Manly is a pretty posh area with nice cafes/shops, and you can take the ferry back across the bridge!
