canyoning

Hi all, we have unfinished business in Kanagra with a lot of rainfall last weekend leading to us bravely running away from the big a$$ Kanangra canyons. So back we must.

ADVANCED rope and canyon skills required on this one.
– you must be completely self sufficient and confident in challenging environments
– understand SRT and bleeding the rope.
– efficient with rope management
– be fit enough for sustained boulder hopping (2 hours plus) and a long uphill walk out (4 hours or so)

You must be available to leave Sydney on Friday the 15th and camp overnight in Boyd River campground. We will launch at 5am on Saturday and will most likely not finish till late the same day. We will camp again for the night on Saturday and drive back on the Sunday.
We may need your help for a gear grab/drop off at storage on either end of the trip.

It will be a challenging but amazing experience and probably close the season out for me. Please do describe your canyoning skills/experience in the notes.
