G’day All,
This Sunday, Ali and myself will be exploring Asgard Plateau in the Blue Mountains
It looks like an interesting area, with some great lookouts over the Grose Valley, such as Valhalla Head, Thor Head and Odin Head
Everything on this plateau seems to be named after Norse mythology?

It should be a fairly cruisy day, the hike will be around 17km with approx. 400m of climbing,
There’ll probably be a little bit of off track hiking, and maybe some easy rock scrambling
Suitable for anyone with a moderate level of fitness.
When signing up let us know if you’ve got much previous hiking experience,
if not, that’s ok, as long as your confident you can walk for the whole day
Also let us know if you can drive and give people lifts
