Is there a better way to spend a long weekend than being cold and exhausted?! For those who are up for the task, Tim and I will be running a couple of canyoning trips over the long weekend. Each trip is listed individually, so if you would like to come for multiple days you will need to register for each trip. Alternatively if you have other plans, feel free to sign up for one trip only.
Sunday’s canyon will be Bowens Creek South. This will be another canyon that has not been done by the trip leaders, so please bear this in mind when registering. Depending on how people want to do the trip, we will either do a trip along only Upper Bowens Creek South, taking time to explore a few of the connecting canyons (Corkscrew, Hand-Over-Hand, Hobnail), or doing an extended trip down the full length of Bowens Creek South and exiting at the same location as would be done for Gobsmacker. This will again be a long day of 10+ hours, with multiple abseils involved.
When registering for this trip, please note the number of canyons you’ve done in the last 6 months and the names of the most recent 2 canyons you’ve done – not including this information will be an automatic rejection
