Hey All,
With some good weather finally coming our way, Megan, Tyler, Johann and myself are running a climbing/camping trip at Mt York from 10th – 11th of September.
Climbing on the saturday, camp and throw a lil bonfire party the saturday night, then possibly deepwater solo if its warm weather the sunday, or a hike/more climbing.
Hopefully camp on the top of the escarpment at mount york so we can watch the sunset over the valley.
Climbs will be mostly beginner with some harder ones peppered in but rock skills 1 is required.
Gear/Stuff to bring:
– Climbing shoes (club cant provide these)
– Camping Gear (Club can provide Tent & Mat if you dont have it)
-Equipment/cutlery to cook (Gotta bring your own, or you can cook on the fire like a real man)
-Climbing Gear (Club can provide Harness & ATC if your lacking)
– Food(enough food for lunch + dinner Saturday, and breakfast and lunch Sunday)
-Water (Enough for two days obviously)
-Alcohol (Enough for one night)
Preference will be given to people with cars
