The Boars Head abseil is one of the most scenic and adventurous abseils in the Blue Mountains. Boars Head abseil consists of 4 different abseils adding up to over 100m of static rope action!
Between abseils you’ll enjoy the amazing walks joining each of the stations. At the end of all the abseils we’ll discover a beautiful and slightly challenging hike back to our cars.
If you’re confident with your abseil skills and comfortable being exposed to heights then this is the trip for you.
Susan and I’ll be leading this trip, showing you the adventure of a life time. We’ll be making the final call for who joins this trip based on each participants experience and skills level.
You can find pictures of the past club trip on our FB page https://www.facebook.com/UTSOAC/photos/?tab=album&album_id=520585928103950.
Instructions on what to bring will be send to you as soon as your registration is confirmed, but be prepared for a 5 hour trip in mountains (you’ll need to provide your own lunch, water, shoes, raincoat. The club will provide you with all necessary abseiling gear).
When register, please, describe your abseiling experience and let us know if you have a car.
