Hi Everyone,
Here is the Official signup for Minifest, please note this is only for camping, if you wish also to attend trips over the weekend you will also need to sign up to them once they are posted.
Join us for a weekend of camping at the Pines Campground in Olney State Forest, there will be trips running throughout the weekend but the option to hang around camp or go exploring by yourself is also an option (please note this option would be considered a private trip and therefore not covered by the club’s liability insurance).

transport: we may be able to organise a minibus through UTS to the campsite but this is TBD, you should try to seek out transport with other people on the trip you are attending. Please don’t be the person who gets to Sunday and doesn’t have a way home.

Gear: Given that it is winter, it will be cold. Please make sure you have the following items:
– thermals
– warm clothes
– windbreaker/raincoat
the club can provide the following items, please list them in the “gear I need” tab or we will not provide it for you:
– warm sleeping bag
– tent
– sleeping mat
food:
We will be cooking a sausage sizzle on Saturday night, please let me know in the signup information if you have dietary requirements.
