We bring forth further canyoning shenanigans with two quintessential blue mountain canyons – Claustral and Ranon. These two classics each boast 10/10 on the Tom Brennan scale, which would make this trip a 20/10 if my calculations are correct.
We will most likely be camping in Mount Wilson on Friday and Saturday night. Depending mooncake on the number of participants, we can have two parties. Each party will take on either Claustral or Ranon on the first day, and then switch over to the other one the following day.
The canyons will be cold and the trips will also take between 8-11 hours. So speed and efficiency is the name of the game. You must have experience in abseiling and wet canyons as well as possess good physical fitness. Preference will be given to people who have cars and can make it to both days.
