Danae Brook (v4a2VI***) is one of the best, if not the best, canyon in Kanangra-Boyd National Park.

It’s a big day (8-12 hours) and is a technical committing canyon and not for the inexperienced and slow/unfit.

The exit, like most Kanangra canyon exits, is the stuff of most people’s nightmares (very steep, overgrown, faint track that is easy to lose, loose ground/rock under foot). We may opt to take the climbers exit so participants must own, or be able to source, mechanical chest and hand ascenders.

Space is very limited.
