Pre-requisite:
– Competent in abseiling/rappelling with ATC guide or rappel rack
– Able to swim at least 50 meters unassisted
– Good fitness
– Comfortable with scrambling around boulders, logs and other obstacles
– Comfortable with jumping into a pool of water from a height
Hi everyone!
Chris and I will be heading down to Leura on the 21st of January to explore Fortress Canyon. It is a beautiful canyon involving a couple of short abseils and depending on the conditions some jumps.
