Heya,
We will be running a day hike on Saturday the 8th of June. It’s a nice trail and easy to get to by train. It’s A relatively easy hike, so if you’re new to hiking but have a moderate level of fitness (it’s a 12km+ return), then this is for you! Of course, more experienced hikers are also welcome.

WHEN AND WHERE?
– Saturday the 8th of June
– We’ll meet at 10:30 am at Turramurra Station then drive everyone to Sphinx Memorial (Just off Bobbin head Rd)
– We’ll probably finish the walk before 3:00 pm
– We’ll have lunch somewhere along the trail, there is a café on the way too!
– The walk is in the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
– Closed, supportive shoes
– Sun protection
A day pack containing:
– Water (1 litre minimum)
– Food
GETTING THERE
– Train to Turramurra Station, Platform 16 from Central
– Get a lift from us, Pickup available from Hornsby/Wahroonga area
– Drive yourself, Meet us at Turramurra station first
