canyoning

G’day Folks,

15th-16th Feb, Zen and I are heading deep into the Carmarthen Labyrinth to explore King George Brook Canyon. This is the rarely done neighbour of Claustral Canyon. It’s a long one, so we’ll be doing it over 2 days, camping somewhere in the canyon. Note that this is an exploratory trip, we haven’t done this canyon before and there are limited notes online, so we don’t know what we’ll find… but that’s part of the fun right?

To be considered for this trip you must have:
– previous canyoning experience
– previous overnight hiking experience
– a good level of fitness, both days will be long

Bonus point if you:
– can bring a car. This trip will require a car shuffle.
– have the ability to sleep anywhere. We’ll try our best, but a comfortable campsite is not guaranteed.
