G’day,
This Saturday, we’ll do a local trail run through Lane Cove National Park. At 11ish km shouldn’t take more than 2-3hrs. We’ll do this loop:

We’ll meet at Alfred Cook Park at 845am. There are ample places for pre and post run coffee in Chatswood.
Bring water, money, sun protection, and appropriate running clothing/shoes.
