Heya,
It’s mega fest-eve, and we just can’t wait, so we will run an easy hike on Friday the 6th. This hike is aimed at people who will be going up early to Cathedral Ferns and will be camping an extra night. Of course, those who will be going back home are welcome as well.
It’s a nice trail and easy to get to. It’s relatively easy, so if you’re new to hiking but have a moderate fitness level (it’s 10km+), this is for you! Of course, more experienced hikers are also welcome.

WHEN AND WHERE?
– Friday the 6th of December
– Meet at Bell Station at 11.18 am
– We’ll probably finish the walk before 3:00 pm

Hike
Lunch at the lookout
Those who are going home leave from Bell station
Drive to Cathedral Ferns and set up camp
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
– A day pack
– Water (2 litres minimum)
– Food
– Closed, supportive shoes
– Sun protection
IF YOU’RE CAMPING AN EXTRA NIGHT:
– State which camping gear you need in the gear I need section (tent, mat, sleeping bag)
– Dinner, Breakfast and snacks
– Organise transport to your Saturday trips
GETTING THERE
– Train to Bell Station (8.55 Train from Central reaches Bell 11.18am)
– Get a lift from us; pickup is available from Hornsby, Wentworthville
– Drive yourself
