Howdy Folks!
Welcome to Megafest hiking – Gooch’s Crater with Jess and Susan.
This hike is located at Bell. A cruisy 14km Distance. 437m elevation.
We’ll be hiking to a large crater dry lake, exploring pagodas and caves.
What to bring:
• Backpack to carry all the below:
• At least 2 liters of water,
• Hat, sunnies, sunscreen,
• Sufficient lunch and snacks to sustain you for 6 hours of walking including lunch break,
• Warm comfortable clothing and a light rain jacket (in case it rains)
• Sturdy hiking boots or walking shoes,
• Good hiking vibes
• Petrol money for the road trip
Car arrangements:
Please state if you can bring a car and help with transport and also to the campsite afterward.
An email will be sent out regarding carpooling from Sydney and itinerary details to participants.
Camping Equipment for Megafest:
If you are coming to Megafest and need camping gear, please sign up separately for the Megafest activity and fill in the request in “Gear I need”.
The team will bring your camping gear to the Campsite.
