Salutations, fearless voyagers of the vertical realm.,
Join us on a journey to the wind-swept walls of Point Perpendicular — where sandstone meets sea in a sheer, breathtaking collision of gravity and grandeur. Here, the climbs are as exposed as they are unforgettable, with only a rope and resolve separating us from the crashing surf below.

What do I need to participate?
– minimum rs1 or relevant experience (let me know what your experience is in the signup info)
– Self-Rescue Skills, including: Prussiking, abseiling with a 3rd hand, other things. If you don’t have these skills, Come along to the rope skills night on the 17th and learn. They could save your life.
– Top belaying skills is preferred but not required
– must own climbing shoes
– preference will be given to those with cars to help drive others but not required. Keep in mind if you carpool you will need to find someone to drive you each day and back home!
In the signup information let us know what climbing experience you have and what indoor/outdoor grades you climb so that we can get an idea of what to expect.
Also let me know if you have self-rescue skills or will be attending the rope skills night.
please let me know what gear you will need to borrow from the following in the gear I need tab:
– Harness
– belay device that can belay from above
– Prussiks or ascenders
– climbing helmet (not a bike helmet)
we will take care of ropes and other required gear.
