Hello OAC,
We’re getting to that time of year again — O’week. Memberships are the bulk of our club revenue, so it’s important we represent and help keep the club ticking- this is what pays for storage, shiny new gear, and most importantly, BBQs!
O’day is two days again, Feb 11/12, from 9-4 (10-4 with an hour of setup). If we could have a set of volunteers to help us run the booth in shifts, that’d be great.
There’s a 3-month membership extension for O’day booth volunteers.
When you sign up, tell me what time slot you can make it for, if you can bring a tablet or laptop, and your favourite colour.
We also need help with the post-O’day BBQ, which we are assuming will be at the Ledge on the 24th. If something (hopefully not) develops and we can’t use the Ledge, our backup is Climbfit St. Leonards.
