Let’s embrace winter and enjoy a white Christmas wonderland in July, A good introduction to snow camping
LOCATION: Namadgi National Park
DISTANCE: Around 30km round trip.
WHAT TO BRING: Overnight camping gear – backpack, tent, warm sleeping bag rated to -5 degrees, sleeping mat, head torch, warm clothes, wet weather gear.
The Club doesn’t have sleeping pads and sleeping bags that are warm enough for the snow. You’ll need to buy those.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL NEEDED: Previous overnight hiking experience required. Intermediate level of fitness.
