G’day adventurers,

We’re fortunate to live in such a beautiful city. A special treat I’d like to share is catching the sunrise over the harbour from on the water. Surely the best skyline in the southern hemisphere.

1st North Sydney Scouts is restarting their morning kayak paddles now that the days are getting warmer and longer, and they’ve generously let OAC grab a slot. Normally, morning paddlers pick up rubbish as they go, but with the break over winter, the local beaches and rock pools have accumulated a fair bit of extra washed up mess. Hopefully we’ll help them catch up!

Boats and life-vests provided, just bring cash to buy coffee/hot-drinks from scouts. Maybe gloves if you feel a bit icky about touching the trash. We’ll wrap up in time for their scout leader and myself to head into work (8-830).
