Hi all,

It’s that time of the year… We will conduct an annual inventory stocktake on Thursday, the 17th of July. Any help would be much appreciated.

WHAT IS IT?
For anyone who doesn’t already know, stocktake is where we sift through the club’s gear to ensure we have accurate records of what’s actually in storage. It’s also an opportunity to discard gear that needs replacing and identify what needs fixing.

WHERE IS IT?
National Storage Camperdown (Guihen St).

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
Stocktake is a great opportunity to learn about gear and find out what gear the club has to offer. It can also be a fun social night. And, of course, there will be FREE PIZZA (please put your dietary requirements in the signup description).

NOTES FOR TRIP LEADERS
– All trip leaders, please return any borrowed gear by Tuesday, the 15th of July.
– If you’re a new trip leader, this stocktake can double as a storage induction. Storage induction is a mandatory part of the process of becoming a trip leader and involves learning what gear the club has, where it is, how to properly treat it, and how to borrow and return it.
