This Minifest Lucas and I will take a select few to the lovely Bass Point Reserve for a quick little snorkel depending on the weather. Bass point is filled with grey nurse sharks and plenty of sea creatures to see. The rest of the day will be spent exploring the south coast including Kiama.
This trip is for people who:
• have an ungodly cold tolerance
• can swim at least 200m unassisted
• are comfortable swimming in the open ocean
What to bring:
• Swimmers
• Towel
• Water Bottle
• Sunscreen (recommended)
• Snacks (better be ready to share)
• Sunglasses
Gear you will need (the club can provide equipment if necessary)
• A wetsuit if you get cold in the water (specify size XS,S,M,L,XL Club can provide)
• Mask and snorkel (club can provide)
• Flippers (club can provide)
If you will be driving to camp and happy to provide a lift to a few more people, let us know and we might be able to expand the trip size.
Please provide some information about yourself and your snorkelling/swimming experience in the sign-up info. You will be much more likely to get onto the trip if you do.
Keen to see you there 🙂
