We will be running an easy hike on Sunday the 25th. We know some of you will be doing AS1 in the morning so this will be an evening hike. It’s a nice trail and easy to get to by transport. It’s relatively easy, so if you’re new to hiking but have a moderate level of fitness (it’s 10+ km), then this is for you! Of course, more experienced hikers are also welcome.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
– A day pack
– Water (1 litre minimum)
– Food (lunch/snacks)
– Closed, supportive shoes
– Sun and rain protection (very low chance of rain)

WHEN AND WHERE?
– Sunday the 25th of August at 2.45pm
– We’ll meet at the intersection of Linfield Ave/ Tyron Rd just outside Linfield Station
– We’ll probably finish the walk at around 5:00 pm
– The walk is in Davidson Park Reserve

GETTING THERE
– From Central: Get the T1 North Shore Line (or train replacement bus) to Linfield Station. Then exit towards Linfield Ave/ Tyron Rd
– From Clovelly: get the 339 Bus from Clovelly Rd at Walker St, then T1 Train from central to Linfield
– If you’re driving, there will be plenty of street parking
– Carpooling: I can give lifts from Wahroonga, Turramurra, and Gordon stations. Please contact me in advance to arrange this.
