Hello Adventurers,
If you love waterfalls, this hike is full of them!
This 6-hour hike will take us past 4 waterfalls Wentworth, Hippocrene, Vera, and Empress. Total distance approx. 10km. We will take a 650-metre steep descent down into the valley following Jamison creek and head back up through the Valley of the Waters on a 650-metre steep ascent.
You’ll see stunning views of Jamison Valley and Mt Solitary and then descend on amazing sandstone stairs or metal ladders into the valley forest for lunch.
If you are prepared for winter swimming at one of the waterfalls pools, then bring along your togs!
Apologies, this trip is not suitable for those who suffer from Acrophobia.
This trip will require participants to catch the train up to Wentworth Falls train station, from there Suhail and I will drive you to the start hiking trail.
