Hey everyone,
We will be running a beginner hike in Berowra this Sunday.
It is a relatively easy hike, so if you’re new to hiking but have a moderate level of fitness (it’s a 10km+ walk), then this is for you! Of course, more experienced hikers are also welcome.
We will meet up at 11 am on Sunday at Mount Kuring-gai station which is the start of the trail. If you are using public transport, Sydney trains might have trackwork, however, there will still be buses to the station.

WHEN AND WHERE?
– Sunday the 4th of August
– We’ll meet at 11 am on Sunday at Mount Kuring-gai station
– We’ll probably finish the walk before 4:00 pm at Berowra Station and transport back to Mount Kuring-Gai
– We’ll have lunch somewhere along the trail
– The walk is in the Berowra Valley National Park
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
– Closed, supportive shoes
– Sun protection
– Insect Repellent
A day pack containing:
– Water (1 litre minimum)
– Your lunch
GETTING THERE
– Train/Bus Mount Kuring-gai station
– Drive yourself
