Are you interested in trying precision shooting? UTS OAC is partnering with the UTS Target Rifle Club to offer an exclusive shooting experience! We’re currently gathering Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a potential Range Day in October, where you’ll have the chance to learn and practice on the rifle range with the guidance of our friends from the Target Rifle Club.

Event Highlights:
-Learn from experienced members of the UTS Target Rifle Club
-Safety briefing and equipment handling tutorial
-Practice shooting with both large (.308 or .303) & small (.22) caliber rifles (Have you ever wanted to learn a new skill? Let us know!)
-A fun, friendly shooting competition to test your skills!

Cost Breakdown:
-Range Fees: $30
-Ammunition (12 rounds): $30 (+ $2.50 for each additional round)
-Total: $60
No experience required! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, all participants will receive full training and support. Safety is our top priority, and we welcome participants regardless of university affiliation or age!
What You’ll Need:
-Closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing
-Water bottle and any personal snacks
-Enthusiasm to learn something new!
-Official ID (e.g., Driver’s License or Passport) for range access
-Sign a P650 declaration form (will be provided on-site, however, can be completed beforehand [https://www.police.nsw.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0006/805290/P650_Declaration_Application_Form.pdf])
How to Express Interest: Please fill out the registration form below with your details, including any prior shooting experience (if applicable) or let us know if you’re a complete beginner. Once we gather enough interest, we’ll confirm the exact date and details!
