snorkeling

With this Friday set to be 28 degrees, what better thing to do than snorkeling shenanigans?

We will meet at Bower Street Reserve at 1 pm – this the the park out next to the beach 33°48’08.2″S 151°17’51.2″E

Getting there:
• Light rail to Circular Quay and catch the ferry to Manly Wharf then walk 20 min to the beach
• Driving yourself: there is limited paid parking around the beach

This trip is for people who:
• have a good cold tolerance in water
• can swim at least 200m unassisted
• are comfortable swimming in the open ocean

What to bring:
• Swimmers
• Hat
• Beach Towel
• Water Bottle
• Sunscreen
• Snacks (be ready to share)
• Sunglasses

Gear you will need (the club can provide equipment if necessary)
• Mask and snorkel
• Flippers

Please provide some information about yourself and your snorkeling/swimming experience in the sign-up info. You will be much more likely to get onto the trip if you do.
